Booking an appointment is easy! You can use our online booking system through the ‘Book Now’ button on our website or contact us directly.
Our single red light therapy sessions cost R300 for a 20-minute treatment. We also offer packages and membership subscriptions. Check out our price list for more information.

Yes, children can do red light therapy sessions under adult supervision. Children under 12 years old are recommended to use half the time of what adults use. Children over 12 years old can follow the normal treatment times.
Absolutely! Red light therapy pairs beautifully with other wellness practices.
Red and near-infrared light therapy has been proven in thousands of clinical studies to be safe and effective. However, if you use medications such as tetracycline, digoxin, Retin-A, and/or other medications, we recommend consulting with your doctor or healthcare provider first.

Yes, red light therapy is completely safe when used as directed. It’s a non-invasive, painless treatment that doesn’t use UV rays or produce heat that could damage the skin.
Red light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation, is a non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate cellular function. The light penetrates the skin and is absorbed by cells, where it enhances energy production and promotes healing, rejuvenation, and overall wellness.

Of course, but it is recommended that the areas being treated be completely exposed.
For best results: arrive with clean, makeup-free skin; stay hydrated before and after your session; remove jewellery from the treatment area; and wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to treatment areas. Ensure you have no cream on your body, and if possible, wear light underwear (disposables will be available).
After your red light therapy session, drink water to support cellular function and apply a moisturiser. Protect your skin from excessive sun exposure. Most people can resume normal activities immediately.
For full-body treatments, minimal clothing is recommended so the light can reach your skin directly. We provide privacy and comfortable treatment rooms. For targeted facial treatments, you’ll simply remove makeup.
